( pronounced You-Kalla-pee-tus according to an American guy I once knew !!) and the salty sea air,
a nice long walk is called for.
Anybody fancy buying a house on stilts ?
Next day is a tour along the Galician coast which is very dramatic
we finish our day in the city of A Caruna where we spend the night in a designated motorhome parking area.
Awoken the next morning at 5:00 am to a couple arguing very loudly, seems they must have driven down here specially to have a row. 8:00am and there’s car doors banging and the sound of a lot of voices,I jokingly say that maybe when we look out the window we’ll find a market has been set up outside, fortunately I was wrong we were surrounded by Police.
Seems as though a guy was chased down to where we were, he had his car towed away and was left to walk home. Drama over we head off into Santiago de Compostella the finishing point of many a pilgrimage,
nice cathedral.
Its carnival time here in most towns
and we get caught up in more than one on our way south to the border town of Tui where we park for the night next to some more Brits in a motorhome.
oh, nearly forgot, it's 18 degrees C here and sunny, may have to dig the shorts out if it makes it to 20. I'll leave you with that image.
