A pea souper and lots of cliffs and castles

Leaving the southwest, we would have gone to Tipperary but it was a long way to go !



First stop Limerick, not as pretty a place as Cork but pleasant enough, nice castle...






Lunch at Bunratty castle




Next to Doolin castle




Onto the coast road to see the cliffs of moher


 however the fog stops play and we move on to the Burren, a vast rocky plateau leading down to cliffs above the crashing sea.








Dunguaire castle next




then wildcamp on a small harbour on tawin island Galway bay.
