The east coast is pretty dull in comparison to the west so we divert inland to the medieval city of Kilkenny (South Park keeps coming to mind for some reason!!). It has an impressive restored castle and some narrow medieval streets.
We take refuge from the rain in a pub for a traditional roast Sunday lunch. Leaving town we start to look for somewhere to park up for the night, we eventually end up back on the south coast near Baginburn head, it’s now dark, luckily we find somewhere.
A lazy start to the day and we head back to Gorey on the east coast to finish off our drive round Ireland, heading south we drive through Wexford, a picturesque port town,
stopping off at various beaches en-route back to Rosslare where we wildcamp by the beach just outside town.
