Some sun

Well it seems as though we’ve arrived where the better weather is as the sun has his hat on this morning so we head into town to look at their huge cathedral

and the palace designed by Gaudi, which looks like a castle out of a horror film.

Next place we pass through is the city of Leon which gave its name to the Spanish car the Seat Leon and also the pop rock group “Kings of Leon”.


Eventually we end up in the Picos de Europa national park where there is still a bit of snow on some of the peaks, passing through some great scenery

 en route to our next overnight stop off in Cangas de Onis. (thursday 31/3)
