Following a very windy night with the van rocking like a boat we awake to a glorious cloud free morning. A drive up the coastline of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park passed newgale beach.
Then onto Cardigan to try and locate friends Vic and Rods shop “Mundos”, we know it’s on the high street and fortunately it’s easy to find. Luckily we find Vic in the shop and we arrange to go round to their house later that evening for dinner. We park on their drive for the night and have a lot of catching up to do after ten years, plenty of wine and reminiscing. It’s so good to see them again after all this time .Thanks for a great evening guys.

Leaving the next morning we head up the coast stopping of at Newquay and onto Barmouth for lunch.

We decide to push north along the coast, it’s a glorious sunny day and not a cloud in the sky we plan to see as much as we can while we have the weather on our side.

We manage to get just south of Caernarfon and after watching the sunset near Aberdesach stop for a fish and chip supper at Penygroes where we wildcamp for the night nearby.
