On the road again

After a few weeks in Portishead we’re ready to get back in our van and get back on the road, not quite heading south into Europe as we originally thought we’d be doing but west into Wales.



Following a roast lunch at the Blackbrook Tavern and a visit to our storage container to pick up winter clothes we picked the van up today from its temporary home near Wellington.
After not being started for three weeks the van roared into life with a swift flick of the key and after witnessing a couple of accidents on the M5 north we arrive safely back in Portishead to a beautiful clear evening. The usual container ships pass by en-route to the Royal Portbury Docks,however the calm is disturbed by our neighbour departing back to London in his helicopter, another beek wanking , week banking in the city.

The plan is to set off mid-morning Monday and head across the M4 Avonmouth bridge and follow the coast round Wales, stop where-ever and when-ever, we’ll keep you posted – watch this space....
